Registration Fees

INTERM 2026 will be held in person. Remote participation is not provided. All participants should stay at the conference hotel (the Avala Resort in Budva, Montenegro)*. Your family is also welcome; you can book for your family along with your registration using the link below.

Registration fee packages (participation + accommodation* + meals* + airport transfers) in EURO depend on the selected accommodation and type of attendance, as indicated in the table below (TAX included): After abstract submission, you should register via https://www.intermcongress.org/Registration and create your package and proforma. After registration, you will have time to decide on your payment method.

Self-Accommodation

• Self-accommodation option has been removed due to the congress hotel concept, and all participants should stay in the congress hotel during their participation.

• ***Important notice: All registration and booking must go through the official travel agency "AIG TUR"

Extra hotel accommodation/per night: 100 € (single occupancy)  (Upon request, the invoice will be itemised as 60 Euro for room and boarding and 40 Euro for all meals and drinks)

Very Early Bird Period (08.02.2025 - 14.11.2025): - Single Room 100 € - Double Room 150 € - Triple Room 210 € 

*Refund information: Until March 1, 2026, the full refund is possible. No refund will be made after this date for the registration package.
